Week 2.

And DONE. Finally, rest day tomorrow.
Ive been really consistent on MFP.

Finally bought a scale so I’ll be even more tedious when I’m meal prepping!

Week 2

On Week 2…the scale has moved one or two lbs.

Let’s see how I handle Day 1 again.

SQUARE ONE.

What’s been going on since last time I posted:

- Left Crossfit

- Gained back weight and then some.

- Joined 24 hr Fitness instead

- Have a new “getting fit” mindset

- Not paying attention to the scale

Here we go again. I actually have a positive mindset though.

Starting weight: 203

Goal weight: FIT

Currently, I am on Day 5 of my first 6 week training I’m working on.

Today’s Workout:

After a week of bridal shower duties, Im back to crossfit and this is my workout. Kill me now lol

Back. Its been forever. My eating habits have been horrible the last month and a half. I know I’ve gained weight. I still go to Crossfit but not as much as I’d like.


Working on starting up again though.Here it goes….

Currently at 177.5
I’ve somewhat lost my interest in food, I eat to eat but because I need fuel. Weird.
